Are you visiting China anytime soon? A major requirement will be your visa medicals — make sure you don’t forget it. If you are going to China to study, work or reside, you will be required to complete a Q2 form as part of your visa application. This form is a physical examination record for foreigners and requires a thorough medical examination.

At London GP Clinic, we perform thorough immigration medical examinations,and we will be glad to perform a thorough medical examination to complete your Q2 form.

What does Chinese visa medical examination include?

Your Chinese visa medical examination will include the following

  • Physical exam
  • ECG
  • Chest x-ray
  • ABO Blood group test (if unknown)
  • HIV
  • Syphilis

What is the duration of the appointment?

There are two appointments available for a Chinese visa medical. The first on which lasts for 15 minutes is carried out by our GP. Our GP will physically examine you and carry out the necessary blood tests. For the chest x-ray, we will give you a referral to our partner clinic.

On the second 15-minute appointment, we will complete your form with all the result gotten and make the form available to you.

How much does a Chinese visa medical cost?

We charge £450 (includes VAT) for our Chinese visa medical. A VAT is added because getting a visa medical is a medical service that does not directly improve or maintain an individual’s health and is subject to a VAT which we charge at London GP Clinic.

When will I receive my result?

You will receive the results for all our tests within 3 working days.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling an appointment is easy. All that is required of you is call us on 020 70434318 to schedule an appointment with one of our GPs stating the specific visa medical you need. Remember to bring your Q2 form to the appointment.
