You will need to book for a GP consultation for medical examination forms including for complex medical examination forms that require several blood tests, spirometry or an ECG require GP consultation which costs £150

Note that the consultation fee does not cover for any other additional blood test or examination you require. You would need to pay separately for it and you would be charged at our clinic
