Your samples are taken by experienced NMC-registered nurses and analysed by UKAS-accredited laboratories — the same standards used by NHS hospitals. All testing is carried out with clinical oversight from a GMC-registered doctor.
Results are delivered securely, with many available from 24 hours of your sample reaching the laboratory (some specialist tests take longer). If a result is abnormal, we will let you know and advise you to discuss it with your GP or an appropriate clinician.
